I think it would be better if the photo is cropped to have less sea-weed. Besides, I think the photo is a bit dark, would be more vivid if it had more exposure

dof too shallow and lack a little of the sharpness punch. and like what tqviet0327 said, its a little underexposed by about 0.7EV i think
