Default Telescopes Group Photo

Hi,
Went to Mersing yesterday night for an astronomical observation, but the night sky was very cloudy after mid-night. So when all the scope owner went to sleep, I decided to take a group photo of all the scopes in action.

Problem was that the area was very dark and night sky was very cloudy (not much star light), so even a 5 min exposure at ISO800 can't capture the scope image except noise... Then I had an idea

Below are the result ( 6min exposure @ISO400 using Canon 300D and EF-S 18-55mm @F3.5):

Have a nice day.

Hi,
Yes, I know... didn't attend that event due to work... Anyway, the right most scope on the above photo also appear during the Physics Olympiad Astronomical Star-Gazing night... it should be one of the largest scope (same size as the 3rd... the black colour scope from the left) on that event.

Have a nice day.

Yes... the extreme right one was a 12.5" telescope... we call it the "Curry Pot"... It's is actually same size as the middle left one (3rd from left).

Actually, the interesting thing (at least I find interesting ) about this long exposure picture (about 6min) is that I was able to just using a small LED touch to light-up all the scopes and I was invisible in the picture... hee hee

Have a nice day.
