Buy the cheaper one. Both are good lenses.
If you have to ask, then it means you won't notice any difference between them, except psychological ones. Though I've noticed the tamron has got more distortion at the 17mm end than other lenses (sigma/canon), but I suppose 1mm MAY make a difference. |

Tamon supposed to be sharper with better CA control.
