The Dates for the Competition are confirmed: 26th and 27th Aug, 2nd, 3rd and 9th Sept.

Venue will be at the School of Physical Education/the old NIE (same as last year).

Yikes! Really not free this weekend!!!

Still have to do work, as well as try to see which army pals I can spot at the AHM on Sunday morning... and that's ALREADY missing the SACA Individual Time Trial at Changi!!!
