    Same la.... 4 IDE PATA HDD now all running in racks. Still not enough - expanded out to firewire housings.

    Using 3x IDE, 1xSATA, still got 1 more socket for one more SATA harddisk, but rack no space already
    Not enough space also

    Nowaday not many coaster already. But looking for long term stability, that's why considering TY.

    MCCxxx media is not bad actually. Using these at the moment since TY media can no longer be found
    Its not about the coasters but more to the fact that whether the media is able to withstand long term storage.

    I'm already using quite a few firewire housings and PCs spanning shared drives... still not enough

    Hope i can fetch a good price for Canon MP-500 printer, been eyeing on that for sometime

    i think as usual canon, hp, espon etc printers will always be infront near the doors. lol

    Storage Area Network. We're talking about SAN Switches .. Fibre links etc. ...

    Poor man's SAN = NAS

    wait a while, i think by end of year should have 1TB hdds liao
    link them to Promise EX8350, 6TB should be enough for all your files. if not enough can buy 2 cards
