Default Consider your impact to the environment

HI,

Not sure if this appropriate to this forum, but wanted to highlight 2 posts on the WildSingapore website:

http://www.iucn.org/members/future_sustainability/

The document that you can down load is interesting reading.

For those who have followed my rantings elsewhere in this forum on how to be green ... even more ideas in this article:

Cheers, Jeff

Excellent!
I have been to offices before where it was much easier throw paper into ur personal bin than the single recycle bin on the level. And when I see reams of A4 paper stacked so high, I get a feeling most of the paper aint going to be recycled.

the air con at my office is also perpetually 2 deg colder than needed making coats compulsory and i have not very bright qns posed to me before abt why the weather is so hot.(firstly u jus came out from a 21-23 deg office of cos its way hotter, secondly the aircon doesn't make the heat disappear it jus moves it out of your office!)
terrible waste of energy. Am monitoring the thermostat controls at my office tryin to strike the perfect setting for comfort. recommend others do too!
