Hi dni423,

I like your first shot of the Merlion. Like the formation of the water.

Just wish to have a better exposures on the building at the background and I also see some "blurness" at the edge of the picture, was it caused by the lens or...?

Thanks for sharing.

Regards,
CM

@yyD70S, thank you for appreciating. i did enjoy my trip there. will be going back next year probably april.

@francis247, will post some night photography more but most of them are taken here in the philippines

@sumball, yeah i also felt that i should have exposed it longer. regarding the "blurness", i was shooting the Merlion and the wind suddenly blew to my direction. the mist from the spout of the Merlion went straight to my filter... i couldn't clean the filter properly which caused the "blurness". i didn't want to risk removing the filter to take more photos cos the mist might get to my lens. that will be worse...

@teerex, thank you for all the tips. will start trying out IR photography

@cerebrus, thank you for appreciating

Hi dni423,

It will be great if you can share some Night Photography shots taken in Philippines and share with the rest here. I guess quite a lot will be interested to know more of the Night scene in an overseas country.
