sometime ago at the Forbidden City where all the lights are turned off at night sans some street lamps

Nice and interesting shot of the Forbidden City at night.

When was this taken? During which season namely?
Was at China some time back, but didn't have chance to take Night shot because I went there during the freezing winter.

Looking back, kind of regretted.

qazwer: there were 4 of us. i didn't have a tripod with me, luckily there was a railing
