not very good use of DOF here... looks like a quick snap...
while there's nothing really wrong, it's not very interesting.

I would:
-maybe can shoot along the car's side to maximise the DOF use... to contrast against the buildings?
-maybe can show some of the playing board as real estate?
-maybe can use backlighting to show a nice shadow or use yellower lighting?

So that means i should use f4 to 6 ... That will get the whole car into action.
But will it get a clear view of the buildings as well? My intention was to get blurred buildings.

Thanks.

Considering that you're shooting in macro, you should be able to go down to smaller apertures like f/8 or even f/11 and still get the defocused background. The closer your subject is to the lens, the smaller the depth of field for a given aperture setting.
