Where to buy cable release for D200 ?

hi,

like to know where to buy the cable release for D200 in singapore?

i dun mind getting the 3rd party one... any store sell 3rd party cable release for D200?
(already give up on waiting for the original nikon MC30......)

heard that MC 30 is discountinued. can't remember which store i called.... but all stores had no stock and one store told me discountinued. xian

nikon, you need to solve the no stock issue leh..... waiting for this item very long already...
dun discountine this just to make the MC 36 sell better.....

I doubt they carry them too. Was at Lords a few weeks back. They said that they are out of stock for MC-30, still waiting for stock to come in. In the end got a MC-36 which is very good for Night Photography (Star Trails).

Correct me if I'm wrong. MC-36 is used to replace MC-20 not MC-30, right?

IIRC, MC-20 looks like can do time programming like MC-36 but MC-30 is just a shutter trigger.

Anyway, if you like to try out Star Trails or long shutter speed of >30", I think MC-36 is the way to go.

eBay. Just ordered one. Just search for Nikon MC-30, lots from China and HK.

It's just a trigger, the China guys easily copied it.
