Hey tats quite a nice spot...the fireworks are nicely captured...but the brightness seems abit on the low side..maybe can try using a slightly bigger aperture..so that the buildings can oso brighten up a little bit more..

Was this taken at sheares bridge or along marina promenade as I was thinking to have that kinda backdrop?

1 n 2 catches my attention, nice framing, good contrast. Like over feel to it, prolly even nicer when viewed full screen. well done

1st pic is great. Great framming and it is soooo clean.

This is on the Benjamin Sheares Bridge, right? I am thinking of going up there tomorrow, around 6 pm. Will my 18-70 mm on D100 be wide enough?

Yes... can be enough... but if the fireworks that burst on the highest, will not be enough.
but nvm... don't take lo.. i also got a few of mine which is not high enough.
