Default Shutter count

do all digital camera have life span of their shutter count ?
how about FX7 and FZ20 ?

no... most if not all digital camera uses eletronic shutter not mechanical shutter thus theres no shutter count

i read some review about buying 2nd hand DSLR.

they always mention about the shutter count

do lumix fx-7 and fz20 have those kind of issue too ?

Read again: Digital cameras do not have a shutter. If they do you most probably won't be able to do live preview already.

IMHO the CCD has a life span, similar to a light bulb, it will gradually burn off, but not sure of its life span.

even if have its not due to the eletronic shutter iirc... you are burning it as long as you left the camera on since its live preview
