the originals are located in http://www.pbase.com/hanschee/sungei_buloh where there are some other shots on this "series", esp the caterpillar w/ lots of shots! i wonder if that is really a caterpillar? coz it's abt 12cm long by 2 cm thick, how can it turn into a butterfly later?? too heavy to fly...  |

The 1st shot shows the caterpillar of the Atlas moth.
They can grow up to 12cm long ! |

found it near the mangrove swamp area pathway... the more i look at it, the cuter it looks... seems like it's standing on "four legs" and holding both "hands" together praying that i won't harm it  |
