It is also called Pulau Sekudu (which mean Frog in Malay). It is a small islet that lies just off the south-eastern part of Pulau Ubin.

Took a bum-boat and yes from Changi Village. However, I was on a working fieldtrip and thus the boat was actually chartered.

In addition, the island is only accessable during super low-tide cos during high tide only a small part of mangrove and rock was exposed.

i didn't know that Sekudu is Malay for frog. IIRC, katak = frog, kodok = toad.
