Question 52mm C-PL with S602z

Hi all,

Just wondering .. has anyone ever use a 52mm C-PL with the S602z [ using a 55-> 52mm adapter]

I tried a few snaps using steps of 90 degree per snap and it seems that ... it does not have any effect

Any idea how to use it ?
If I use it with my SLR or DSLR .. it works just nice

Thanks for any idea.

I'm using tht particular set up you have mentioned.
Works just fine for me though. But maybe you should try not turning it 90 degs.

Use your LCD. Focus on some water reflection. Slowly turn your polarizer bit by bit till the reflections disappears.

Hope this helps.

Okie ... I will try finding some water around here
Haven't got time to go to beach

Also have you snap to skies ? as it happens when I test-shoot at building / plants with sky as the background.

The sky does turn out a tad more "blue" but sometimes the difference can be quite hard to spot.

Try picking a clear blue sky with little clouds and then you fiddle ard with your polariser.

If you try looking at the len and start turning, you can see that the colour of any reflection caught on the len is turning to either blue or red.

That wil tell you that the cir pol is working.
