I like your bee shots in particular the first and second one. Never seen one like this yet.

Not bad. Did you use flash? Looks like no flash was used.

And thats not a bee. Thats actually a Hover Fly.

That explains y it looked so weird

. Did use flash but i think the omni bounce softened it quite a bit.
