yo bro.. were the fans on? cos if they were i would usually try to capture a little movement from there.
but it's a lovely shot, altho not necessarily wedding. don't see a bride or groom... of course you wouldn't be at a church if it wasn't right? ![]()

this pic by itself does not convey any form of ceremony/celebration.
a silhouette of the bride / couple will be more appropraite |

I think wide angles for weddings should tell a story more than documenting a distance "landscape" ......carry the warmth rather than "cold" or "hard".......maybe foreground subject should give the wide angle better impact like your model shoots did very well & unbeatable unless the distant subject distinctly stands out & deliver an impact....or tells a story or humour, etc nevertheless, such shots serves to complement the more "important" shots for the album to make the story more complete.... like a less important scene in a movie that makes it complete. ![]() Last edited by rokieto; 25th July 2006 at 12:05 PM. |

hi all ..
thanks for the comments.. yah.. agree that this pic by itself may not mean alot.. its a complement to the series of photos taken during the wedding... decided to post this, cos i actually quite like the mood portrayed by it.. something to let me read more into the pic.. ![]() |

Nice framing. Personally, would prefer a slightly tighter composition without the 3 windows at the top.
