Has anyone seen this in Sg? If yes, where can I get it and how much does it cost?
I did a search on the web and it is about <10 pounds in the UK. ![]() |

You can try getting it from TK Foto at Beach Road. Got mine there. It cost around $33 IIRC. Just tell them that you are looking for the Manfrotto 337 Hotshoe Two Axis Bubble Level. Another alternative is to try CP. Don't remember if CP have them but you can try to go to the Tripod section and ask. Hope that helps.

CP is selling them at a whoping price of SGD49. IMHO, this thing is priced too high.
Might as well DIY this. |

Was at CP Tripod section today. Saw a whole shelf with the 337 Hotshoe Two Axis Bubble Level. Never asked the price though. Apologies.

Gosh...never knew the hot shoe spirit levels were so expensive. And the landscape photography books I read all said it was very inexpensive and very useful.
Some months ago I bought a standard spirit level with three tubes from a hardware shop for around $3 and took it apart to get all the tubes out. Unfortunately I haven't figured out a way to mount it on the hot shoe yet. That will need some thinking. |

pricing is subjective in different fields...
some astro website even said that 200mm f1.8s were inexpensive telescopes.

$45 for $3 just sound so ridiculously silly to me... well to each his own I guess.

Very easy, just need to use those edge of the CD plastic case. Cust the edge out and glued the tube to it and can slot into hot shoe liao. |
