Not bad for a first few attempts.

Ok, lets start with picture 1.

The subject (bee) is not really close enough at all. Move in closer next time. Also your depth of field (aperture) is too shallow. The second flower is just out of focus, for coposition, I would personally prefer to have it in-focus. Also, your composition in general is all central, in every pic, which isnt always a bad thing, but maybe try and read up on The Rule of Thirds, and then try and apply it to some of your next pictures.

Number 2: It is better, you have gotten closer to the bee, but your depth of field is still too shallow, especially if your going to be standing that far away, if the subject was much closer, so we couldnt see the otehr flowers blurred out, then it would be ok. However, you are still too far away, and having all the flowers infocus would astheticaly, look much nicer. Also, try and apply rule of thirds to this image, composition is too central, and therefore, too 'snapshotty'

Number 3: I like number 3, even though its quite small, but again, I would have liekd it even more if you had gone closer in, which would have also got rid of that distracting 'knob' in the tree at the top right.

Number 4: The sky is over-exposed, and again, composition is too central. Also the subject is too messy I feel, maybe if you try and isolate a smaller bunch of flowers here.

Number 5: The depth of field is nice here, but again, composition is too central, also the out of focus leaves on the left hand side bottom are quite distracting along with teh out of focus leaves behind the in focus leaves, maybe try from a different angle next time.

All in all, not a bad attempt, keep practicing, and look up :- Rule of Thirds!

Don't you need an adaptor for that? How much for the adaptor? What's the adaptor called?

Yah you need. Basically, the adaptor is for you to hold the lens onto the body which otherwise can be performed with a one handed stunt. hehe. meaning, handhold the lens reversed pressed against the camera's body. not so good though.

Its called reversal ring if i am not wrong. Can get nikkor BR-2A or check out PPCP or PQ23's threads in Mass Order to buy.

Good luck
