    Please guide me on this pic.. is the bg too bright or wat i just dunno how to get it right.

    Looks, sounds and feels a little obsence....

    All aside, poor presentation. This image do not have a concrete focal point (except for the pipe, which occupies just a small section of your overall image area).

    The background is too busy and presence of some hotspots.

    Sorry Bud, 0 out of 10 from me....

    flat lighting ... do not reveal the texture of your subject nor isolate it.

    looks more like a snap shot..

    anyway, try not to use progressive JPEG..

    Why - cld u pls explain? Cos I always use progressive as it helps reduce my filesize a little bit more. However I realise that image maps (e.g. used in an html doc) can't work with progressive jpegs.

    try different angles. think it will be more interesting.

    try zoom in on details. too many things.

    just my feeling . =)
