Very extra? If its about the weight, to me its not too heavy to lug around the whole day. About the size and length, nothing much to do about it but doesnt really bothers me that much. Hope that helps. cheers!

What shutter speed, aperature and iso did you sue? isn't f/4 lens abit too dark especially soem of your shots are without flash i guess.

I used 1/60 and F4 for most of the shots. You can check the EXIF info. I dont like to use flash for events like these.
