Lazy to calibrate every week with CRT Monitors lah.
well, CRT need to calibrate more often than LCD?Originally Posted by Andy Ang
one concern is that CRT is so heavy and if i got a 19-20", i dunno what kind of monster i have to put on my table and i would have less space for my keyboard...
using hp p1230 crt for quite some time now, calibrated last year but checked every month. no change in hue or color or whatever yet so far.
i kinda hate the LCD showing color banding when it's not there when printed. gives a kinda false impression that there's something wrong with the picture.
I like CRT, but is there any NEW good and cheap CRT below $500 for sale now?
Any recommendation from the experts?
nope.. have to dig around auction sites or see which design house close down.
Emm, if you use a high res. LCD TV, won't have banding prob. Think the latest LCD models also does away with that prob, le.Originally Posted by Clown
I have both samsung and LG monitors at home. In reality LG looks just the most chio for ps work i feel, and when u calibrate colour somehow it just matches better. was considering a benq last time if you want a cheap dvi, as most of the dvi ones are quite a lot more ex. but benq and LG side by side...no fight
u sure?Originally Posted by Andy Ang
