just wondering if anyone can advise if the ZF 50mm f/1.4 lens is available in Tokyo?

any advice on where would be a good place to find it in Tokyo?

This guys bought it a yurakucho.
take yamanote sen 山手線　from tokyo station。
look for Bic Camera. Thick you can bargain at these shops.
