My setup was D70s + AFD 80-200mm f2.8. I was taking actions photos on a sunny day. The shutter sounded abit slow on my D70s. My friend used a 350D + 80-200mm f4. His shutter sounded much faster. We did a timing test. For 30 shots continous, 350D clocked 10 secs while D70s clocked 18 secs.
Anyone can enlighten me how could this happen? |

what's the shutter speed you're using and was the noise reduction feature turned on or off?

Ensure your shutter speed and CF card, NR, AE/AF-L are all set properly.

For 3fps thing, noise reduction will not working. Does it have an effect (slowing thing) even if not working? Regards, Arto. |
