Flashes PE-20s and PE-28s

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if there's anyone here who uses PE-20s or PE-28s, especially as slave flashes? Any comments on their performance? Also, can anyone tell me where I can get them in Singapore?

PE-28 is called FL28 here.

Use to use it until it died on me. Good slave flash, compact, and has manual controls.
But Ex.... maybe AP SLS may have it.

hi guys, i'm looking for a cheap slave flash for my FZ7 also.. can anyone recommend? and because my camera does not have a hotshoe, what do you recommend?

one more thing, can enyone recommend a confortable setting for the FZ7 with flash? i was trying to shoot at 1/100s w external slave flash and the whole picture came out black, i set the settings to 1/15s and it came out great.. (Both were at ISO100, F8, AF) why the big change in shutterspeed? can anyone explain? ive been searching online in many forums.. cant seem to find an answer.. i feel that im searching for the wrong thing... Need some really good advise..

the PE-28 actually looks like FL-28. Love the flash, wished it could swivel left and right.

Got it from Funan AP...but have to pester them and look at the counter at what they have. They did not even recommended this flash when I asked for a slave flash recommendation.
