i also prefer black
the reason pros use black is so that the camera will not show up in any reflections and will not reflect any light in the studio. mine is also black only my PnS cameras are silver

I'd go for the black as I dun like to be too flashy.
But if you think silver is cool, then go for it.... Another consideration point, most of the lenses are black. |

There must be a reason why Nikon would come up with a silver body in the first place. There must be demand else there wun be this supply.

Go for silver. Then use black gaffer tape to gaffer the camera and protect the body....

wah, then will become black again....
maybe most pple want black cos scratched liao will still be black? but silver the paint might fall off? or u can get silver then go the gad-wrap it? haa haa.... ![]()

I own a silver edition one. Sales uncle told me it's limited edition, so i buy. Sales gimmick....
So far paint work got no problem... Look unique only lor... |
