where to find ISO speed EXIF for D50 pictures?

i can locate ISO speed for EVERY camera except my own D50 pictures.

My pics taken on my D50 last time didn't have this problem...

If you shot auto, you probably won't see any. IIRC.

i use aperture priority & full manual all the time.
i use windows properties + other 3rd party software to see exif before..everything can be seen aperture F/stop & even flash mode but no ISO speed man
