What wrong with your focusing screen, get scratched accidentally?
It will not affect the image quality, just irritating seeing it only, not nessary to replace it.

Rather easy to replace the focus screen. I've done it several times.

If it's under warranty, get Canon to do it. The focus screen itself is quite cheap (< $20).

It is focusing screen lah. Do touch it, there is no impact to the image, use water and dry it only if you want to clean it, donot use alcohol or other chemical to clearn it. It is not glass.
You may contact me if you really want to change it. I am sell split focusing screen.
