Default AI Servo or Single Shot for action/fashion photography

Users at the following thread are saying that Single shot AF works better. What do you guys think?

My personal experience is that AI Servo doesn't track very well .........

i think it tracks really well if you set it to "fast" and use a very fast AF lens.
i always use ai servo for sports...

Where do you set it to "fast"? Don't see any setting for this.....

i use single shot for fashion. only ever used AI servo for moving subjects.. or sports.

Use AI-Servo only when using 20D for fashion...unless the models stand still...
