newbie wanting to shoot IR

hi. I would want very much to know how to take IR photos using IR film... where can I get the film, the cost, and if any filters were needed to take these pictures. thanks!

I have some Rollei IR film that I brought back from overseas. these films are almost impossible to get in Asia. If interested, please call me at 96605991 to get them.
