Default What is this flower?

Just captured a 铁树 bloom its flower, which I don't think is common to see its bloomed flower. 铁树, 铁树 but what is the name in english? Is it just Catus? Can anyone help?

I know that the flower belongs to a type of Cactus but donno the name.
Saw the cactus in full bloom some time back at the former SMU campus.
Managed to took a few shots with my FZ10

WOW!! Thats a very nice bloom on that cactus. Mine only got one and that got abt 40+! Thats amazing BLOOM!

I wonder is it still at the place u mention.

Its on the side of the sloping road leading to the food court.Donno whether the place is close to public now.
