Saw this pair when I was about to pack up and go. Waited for half an hour to see whether they mate. There was once the female went under the male but before anything can happened the male suddenly jump away. May be they dun like me around. Time was not on my side, in the end left without completing the show.

May be that male is a first timer, don't know what to do.

Actually that half an hour passed quite quickly. When u are not shooting u can still stand one side to observe the animal/insect behaviour. It does help to understand the subject better, which in turn help u to get your next better shot.
