If u are the kind who likes to hike and walk for photography, and are not very fit with strong shoulders, be very wary of weight of equipment. And I mean tripod and camera backpack. Anything more than 2 kg for a tripod, I think its heavy. I really, I dun recommend heavy manfrottos for trekkers...they are a pig to use.
