Default My Kids switch Off my dri cabinet.

Yesterday, my kids switch off my dri cabinet. Luckily, I notice my room didnt have the blue tint (light from the display panel) when i got back and turn it back on. Humidity was already at 68%. These few days raining so humidity level is quite high so those with kids or even maids at home, please check yr Dri cabinet. Who knows, yr maid might use the socket outlet for vacumming etc. or the kids (like mine) used the socket to play their TV games.

Switch it on asap... and it should be ok.... since the door was closed, it shouldn't be too bad.

Yah. Maybe a few weeks or months might do it. Sometimes I leave my gear in the bag for a week or so even out in normal air.

Put a notice "DON'T EVER DARE TO USE THIS OUTLET. NO MC DONALD FOR A MONTH KID!" evective for your kid(s), or "DON'T EVER DARE TO USE THIS OUTLET. NO SUNDAY OUT FOR A MONTH!" for your maid.

    Regards,
    Arto.

small matter lar, wouldn't have any ill effect at all, more over the door is still closed, don't over react.

you can move your cabinet to a place that have a power outlet just for the cabinet only.

No lar, not worry but was wondering how come the humidity shoot up so fast from 45% to 68% in less than a day. My previous Dry box can remain at 40+% for as long as I dont open the lid. (in fact I'm still using it for my old film camera).

Should we put dessicant inside the Dri cabinet to act as buffer?

Maybe your kid open the lid after using the outlet, thinking "why there is no blue light after I plug it out from outlet". Just kidding .

Cant be cos the keys are with me. IMK dri-cabi are not air tight.

LL sort of means "gone case" but the words cannot be spelt out here. Very common phrase in the Hokien speaking community.
