    Default Tcm?

does anyone prefer traditional chinese medicine [TCM] to Western medicine/ doctors?

curious to know how they dispense medicine - is it
still the traditional way [put in pink paper packets, you go
home & boil boil boil] or have they modernised?

this is what i understand - from sept 1st 2001, all TCM has to be registered with MOH. all the "specimen" of ready-to-take forms (powder, fluid, pill, capsules) must be registered and passed first. as for the medicine hall, they also need to pass the local TCM certification tests.

For those illnesses like flu and all that, I will go to 'Ang Moh Lao Gun'. For those that are physical, like sprains and stuff, I will go to Sinseh lah..... hehe..... Strongly delineated preferences....

pardon me, but ligaments are somewhat elastic (very teeny weeny bit), so you can't break them. tear them, you mean?

I am a firm believer of TCM. I usually take chinese medicines for flu, gastric problems, headaches etc. They usually work!
