they are too strong a believer of product branding. unfortunately, they did not realise that the reputation of a university is not proportional to the advertisement money they sink in. it depends mostly on the achievements of its graduates. self-praising is not worth much in the real world. paper qualification does not do u any good if u can't deliver.

Jeez, wonder if this ad can be used as evidence for misinformation.
"the boyz are waayy too cute"
If it's that good, why must they resort to commerical advertising?
Gasp, put it away!! I get goosepimples when i see that advert!
"The boys are way too cute for my liking..." Seriously what does the girl's mum mean? Isn't this an oxymoron? How can being cute be against her liking?! It's like saying this food is way too delicious for my liking. DUH! Doesn't make sense to me.
Seriously, IMHO, I dunno anyone so rash or unwise as to reject University of Chicago to go to NUS.
Also the one with the younger brother asking his elder bro where he is going to study with his excellent A level grades and the latter implied NUS.
Top marks to NUS for advertising gimmicks but... zero for credibiltiy. I thot that was too farfetched to make much sense.
Anyway, I really am skeptical how all these ratings of NUS business school and other faculties are rated as one of the top in the world. From my understanding, they once used the number of research papers produced by professors in NUS, not really on academic standards of students or teaching/research done. That's quantity, not quality.
NUS Biz is ranked 92nd in the world.
and where is U of Chicago?
funny advertisement indeed, despite all the bashing, NUS is not without her strengths, NUS is really more of a research Uni than a comprehensive Uni, the research works are really impressive across the faculties, but the structure of u-grad courses can be really disappointing (probably doesn't apply to medical and law though, these 2 are too exclusive to be really part of the rest of NUS )
