Default Going home..


pls pardon the grainess.. as i accidently put iso1600 on my previous photo and forgot to switch it back..
is the pic too slant?

its sunset... waited for quite some time to get a few shots.
ended up with a slight flu as it was drizzling on and off.

wow! like a mythical bird flying to its fiery home in the skies.

slant is OK. adds excitement and tension for the viewer. ISO1600 is also no prob.

only complain is the focus which seems neither here nor there. where was your focus? the bird?

Personally, I don't like the slant. Maybe I have seen too much slanted photos. Photographers in Singapore like to slant here and there to 'add excitement'. I have seen wedding albums that are so filled with slanted photographs, it makes one wonder if the photographer knows how to hold the camera straight.

I guess it's creative license, but I think it should be used only if there is a strong purpose. :P

maybe try rotating abit so that the bird is horizontal but the horizon is slant? it might look better

Great colours you captured in the sunset. I love it
