Was just wondering that there is a shop in Bangkok that sell Olympus lenses with prices that are cheaper than ken.com, B&H.com, henrys.com or cameta.com... A 14 - 54 mm lens is going for about 16900 Baht (which is around USD400). At henry's.com it is quotes at USD 535.73. Is this because the lens in Bangkok is either old stock or made somewhere else? Please advise, as will be getting one next Friday from that shop.

16900Bht ~ S$697 (x-rates.com)
Seems like a decent price. I think HK prices are around there? Maybe even lower??? As you know the Singapore retail price is closer to $800 w/GST since the recent price adjustment. |
