Bird Park Visit

Here's some pics from my visit to the bird park today. Since I don't have the equipment for wild bird photography, so I thought starting off with bird park would be a good choice.

Is it true that those birds in the outdoor exhibit without any tags on their legs are "wild". i.e. not part of the birdpark's birds?

It is possible. The bird in the pic is a black-crowned night heron, a native species.
Having said that, it should also be noted that the birdpark does not tag/ring all of its birds.

Just discovered that this bird is horny....it's legs are pink.
