Default D1H image quality

why is this camera so lousy????? every picture i take coloured pixels .... (like cheap P&S cameras...)

seems like very noisy? this was my mistake... not camera fault. i was using 1600 ISO...

You're shooting at ISO 3200. That causes a lot of noise you've seen in the picture

To me it is fine.

Anyway its not always the camera's fault
Try lowering the ISO?

check out ur ISO u are using 3200...that is why so noisy..maybe u can shift to Canon system...when shooting at ISO 3200 will be better than this

U sure u need the D1h? Maybe the Fuji F11 suits you better.

Fuji F11???? it is too small la. a minimum is the coolpix size.

blur - i think i stand close... about 5 feet. i was beside my bedside and shot that. i was using 50mm f1.8

Try using a tripod.

How long have you had the cam ?
If you prefer GOOD off the cam + small size .. buy a D50.
It suits you quite nicely I believe.
