Does a Hanica SF-2000 flash work with a D5D?

Does anyone know if a Hanica flash can work with D5D, using a flash adaptor? Tried using but doesn't seem to work.

Want to use it to trigger off studio flashes. Tks.

This flash is triggered by your camera's flash.

It's supposed to be able to be used as a hotshoe flash too. Have seen others using it, but not on KM though.

what adapter u use bro?

last night i try using those 3rd party adapter it works okay...
i use a very cheap dumb flash suntax it works.. with the PC and the Hot shoe

Tried both the 3rd party adaptor and FS-1100. Also tried an IR-trigger but doesn't work too. Only a RF trigger worked so far. Only certain accessories work?

Are you meeting jsbn to collect your stuff? Can bring your adaptor and flash to test?

Thanks, but there's no way of telling if it works with D5D with the info.

Anyone has any idea how to tell if a 3rd party accessory will work?
