Default Anyboy can recommend which manual lens to use for D200?

Hi, Is there anyone out their who uses manual lens for their D200? Which one would u recommend?

Are you going to get a manual lens just for the sake of getting one? If so, then I think you shouldn't. Modern lenses are much better optimised than the older manual lenses and you can always focus manually if there is a need to. If you really really want a manual lens for some reason or another, then you may want to consider Carl Zeiss ZF lenses.

Nikkor Noct and Carl Zeiss ZF lens good go for it.

I had the 45mm f2.8 p but i sold it.Really regretted and try to buy it back now even though i am using canon 350d. I m also looking at the carl zeiss lenses.

nikkor 45 p is available in the major cameras shops in HK but only a handful quantity. That was about 5 weeks ago last I went

75-150mm f/3.5 AI-S E
Nikkor-P 105 mm f/4
Nikkor-P 42mm f2.8

Provided of course, you can find these. I've been on the lookout for months for these @ reasonable price and condition. Also recommend Nikkor 20mm AIS, found one in HK but the diaphragm was scratched. Oh well, just keep looking

28 2.8 AIS

sharp, good, comparable to the T*mm 28 Zeiss..

I bought the voigtlander 40mm f2. Its a joy to behold and use. The build is fantastic and the picture are sharp and bokeh is like water color.
