Sandisk/Lexar CF in a 20D. warranty & compatibility.. much difference?

Hey, I’m thinking of getting some more memory for my 20D and I’m wondering if anyone has any experience/feedback on the differences between the current Sandisk and Lexar CF cards.

I currently have some 1GB Sandisk Extreme (first edition) and 1GB Lexar 80x and they both work fine for me and I really cant tell any difference between them! Speed, compatibility with 20D etc. no problems.

Also, can anyone comment on the warranty service they’ve gotten from either brand?
