Be careful in ur next camera.

Let bygone be bygone. The fact is you are careless to drop it in the water. Nobody like it anyway. I know that you are pissed with everything. Just relax. Come and think about, Customer Service Officer are not technician nor either they are expert so they would know anything about it. Dun assume they know everything just by a look. Pass to the expert, they will do it.

We complain always and that's never ending story. If you were in their shoes, handling of so many hundreds of devices a day, how would you think. They are rushing for things to repair and hope to serve the customer fast. And thats mean that your device in under the Q as well. Dun expect to jump Q. It true that QC part had to be done, but sometime, its inevitable for human error. Put ourselves in their shoes. Devices had been repaired doesnt mean it wouldnt spoil again. If you are bad luck on devices, you are always. (Im one of those too! )

Not againsting of you but Im just stating the fact

    Agree with what you said
Sometimes we really got to put ourself in other ppl's shoes...
as a customer, sometimes we are demenading too much...
Some of us here may be serving in the service industry also..The job is tough cos you got to deal with all kinds of customers, some are reasonable, some are not!!Can see the number s of "unreasonable" customers increasing within this ten years..Not suprisingly for the next ten years there will be no technician to serve you...few ppls want to be technicians especially those got to serve customer directly! So next time if have a faulty product, they will just ask you to go and buy a new set,any enquiries, just go to website to check it out!!Nobody will be ther to serve you...We all like to be served, but you got to appreciate them.
Thank You all the customer service Officers,we love you!!

"When there is a will, there is a way"juat believe that your camera will be alive again."although its half dead now..get the technician to help you..call him and be nice to him, definetely he will try to rescue your camera..and even after repaired, you still got to sent in for check up abt every 3 months,to make sure its doesn't corrode again...Work closely with them and you will find it joyful, they may not be the person to know everything abt this camera, but they will be the one making ur camera to "working condition" again

YOU CAN STILL MOVE TO THE "BRIGHT SIDE" ,JUST BELIEVE IT..

Yah...Maybe I'll try to use the 'soft approach" towards the technician who fix my cam...

But will pobably get another cam, and use this one as a standby...

you guys know what, i brought my Cam back to for repair again... then i heard the other counter's customer complains about his equipment bring in for repair with one fault, after repair now there's more problem.... i'm praying...
