tighter cropping would help ALOT. try to crop it with rule of third. and IMO i think the background would be better if its not so focused (weak bokeh)

Thats a good idea bro, next time if dont have good lens with good bokeh, can employ govt foggers (for mosquito) to create the blurry background. hehehehe. Just joking.

By the way, this picture taken at SAFRA Mt Faber is it. =)

I think the fill flash make the model like "stand out" of the picture. Just 2 cents.

Regards,

Its an 'ok' snapshot, looks underexposed and dull, you have a nice model why use such a boring pose with a mediocre background (which needs to be blurred out completley) . Also framing the model in the centre does not work at all for this photo, maybe apply rule of thirds to begin with then move on to other styles and positions

Yup,

The usual Crop tighter, distracting background and I think the flash is over powered. Probably 1/2 or 1/4 should do the trick if you can set your flash.

Anyway, keep trying

If you can't get good bokeh in your shots... CREATE the 'bokeh effect' when you are doing PP... Apply some gaussian blur to the background and add 5% noise to blend it in.

[quoting something I learnt from reading a couple of photog mags]

eh...my observation?
nxt time u ps the model into the backgrd, i think it may help to note the exposure on the model and the backgrd. the difference make her look abit popped up.
