We are bringing to you yet another new product – the Storm Jackets!



Description

Storm Jacket Camera Covers are the fastest and easiest way to protect professional cameras and lenses from inclement weather conditions such as snow, sleet, wind, rain, dust, and harmful UV Rays. Storm Jackets are available in several models and colors to accommodate and protect most SLRs, DV cameras, and full-size professional Betacam style cameras.

The Storm Jacket can be put on or taken off a camera in about 5 seconds -- and then stored in it's own pocket-sized case. Compare that kind of convenience to other heavy, bulky, hard to put-on, clumsy camera covers that are just too much hassle to deal with when you just want something fast and easy to keep the camera dry.

When you're done with it, just shake it off, stuff it back into it's zippered case, and shove it in a pocket. The cover and case together only weigh about 2-5 ounces depending on the model.

Storm Jackets for SLRs

SLR models are available in three sizes and have bungee openings at both ends.

There are three SLR Models to fit all digital/film cameras with different lenses.

The Small size fits any SLR with a short lens. Here's how to tell if it will fit your camera: Measure your camera/lens from the rear of the body to the front of the lens. If it's 9" or less, this is the cover for you.

The Medium size works well for medium and long lenses . Measure your camera/lens from the rear of the body to the front of the lens. If it's 7"-15", this is the cover for you.

The Large size is built for very long lenses. Measure your camera/lens from the rear of the body to the front of the lens. If it's 14"-23", this is the cover for you...but, you might want to get a smaller size to go with it.



Storm Jackets for DV Cam and Full-sized Videocams

The ENG Model is designed to fit Betacams, DVCAMs, HDCAMS, and other full-size video cameras that are not longer than 32". The cover will accommodate most matte boxes, camera mics, and battery brackets

The DV Model is identical to the Full Size Model except it is about 1/2 the size; for cameras measuring around 15".



NOTE: The DV model of Storm Jacket are great for emergency camera protection from unexpected weather -- while carrying the camera in the rain -- keeping the camera protected while it sits on a tripod -- and other times when you just need something fast and easy. However, they do not have a front lens opening or viewfinder opening so they are NOT recommended for long-term, all-day shooting out in wet weather.

With some creativity, Storm Jackets may be mixed and matched to suit your needs.

The following models are available:

SLR-Small (for SLRs with body and lens measuring up to 9” long)
SLR-Medium (for SLRs with body and lens measuring up from 7” to 15” long)
SLR-Large (for SLRs with body and lens measuring up from 14” to 23” long)
DV Camcorder (for DV Cams up to 15” long, such as PD-170, Z1, FX1, DVX100 etc)

A large version of the Storm Jacket for Full Size Camcorders up to 32” long is available on special request.

All Storm Jackets come in three colours, Black, Red and Yellow.

The following prices for this MO are as follows (at least 20 orders):

SLR-Small – S$65.00
SLR-Medium – S$67.50
SLR-Large – S$70.00
DV Camcorder - S$80.00

For comparison, the normal retail prices with shipping start from US$51.00 for the basic model.

The prices may go lower if there’s a substantial quantity – these prices are the maximum price based on an order of 20 – the price will either stay as set, or go lower, but will never get higher.
