Default My old SLR

Above is my old SLR ... Just want to know what those letters on it stands for. I measured the diameter of the lens it's 52 mm , then what about the 58 mm stated there ?
Hmm, pardon me as i'm really keen to know more.

The lens is a 58mm focal length F2 with a standard
52mm filter thread of a 0.75mm pitch.

Model number is a Helios 44M 5 and it's MultiCoated to reduce flare and ensure better light transmision etc.
