Default Cokin P164 CPL or Screw-In CPL?

I am using a 77mm filter thread lens.
Have the Cokin P adapter.
Will it be better to get the Cokin P system P164 CPL or a one size 77mm screw-in CPL?
Which better?
Thanks.

a screw in would be easier to use as the cokin troublesome to install the filter onto lens then mount glass. worse if it's a wide angle 77mm, the cokin portrudes so much out that it gives you some vignetting
