Can't speak for the Sigma 30mm, but the 50mm ZD is an excellent piece of glass.
It is a little on the expensive side though. You also might want to consider the 35mm ZD as a cheaper alternative. From the shots posted by fellow Olympians using the 35mm, I'd say it is pretty capable itself. I think raptor1 was selling his 50mm ZD, not sure whether it is still available. |

50mm macro, 40-150 or 50-200 are all pretty good lenses for shooting portraits.
