Default Need advice on buying Crumpler Million dollar

Hi,
I have checked out Crumpler 4, 5, 6, 7 million dollar at Wheelock.

Seems like 5 or 6 million is quite a right size.

I am usually carrying D50 with one lens (24-85).
Am thinking of bringing a 35/2 or 90/2.8 for different occasions.
No flash.

I am also an owner of Domke F5 but experience backache when
I go for a day (4-5 hours) outing (not necessarily dedicated to shooting, just
e.g. movie, shopping and bring the DSLR for fun)

1) Is the design of Crumpler really good at lightening the load?
2) What is the popular Crumpler for such occasion?

1) I'm not sure.

2)Get the 6 Million Dollar, can put more stuff, and im sure you will get more lenses and accesories(due to BBB virus),and its just a little bigger(I think).
Don't only look at the wheelock and paragon shops, there is one shop that sells the bags, but I forgot, perhaps someone else can tell you that shop. The prices should be different, you may save some money for the same thing.

thanks for the info.
Yeah, i think the other shop is TK foto in Shaw Towers.

I am really concern over whether carrying Crumpler will lessen the load as the
strap design, material used seems to be more ergonomic and lighter than the
Domke I am using.

Actually I am also eyeing Mountainsmith Aurora II medium but couldn't
locate it in Singapore.

1) I doubt so. I think the main bulk of your bag are your camera body and lenses, so I don't think the crumpler is much better at lightening the load. Plus, the shoulder patch is not really well padded, I'm thinking of changing to a thicker pad already

2) I have the 7 million and the 5 million. The 5 million is only enough to carry body+lens, +1 extra lens. I use this when I want to shoot outdoors and definitely no flash. For all my gear, I'll prob bring the 7 million. Maybe for carrying all your gear, consider the 6/7 million. You never know when you'll pick up flash photography

The 7 million is quite a good buy and it's only S$10 extra on top of the 6 million at TK Photo (I don't get commission from them). Realised too late that they are cheaper than Paragon...

I own the 7mil bag, but frankly, it's good as a normal sling bag with minimal equipment, don't think of stacking lots of stuff inside.

I'm happy with my 7mil tho'.
